A Private Equity firm was considering an investment in a middle-market manufacturing company.  The company’s market position was strong in a certain type of manufacturing but the PE firm was concerned that the addressable market was too small.  Revulus researched, analyzed, and sized an adjacent market, which turned out to be large and accessible.  The PE firm subsequently invested in the company.

A Private Equity firm was considering investment in an agricultural company and concerned about the potential impact of new technology in the market.  Revulus conducted market, customer, competitor, and capability analysis to identify the extent of technology adoption and impact of other market trends.  The PE firm, with its concerns alleviated, consummated the acquisition.
